One thing that gets to me is the amount of brats we have today. It seems everywhere I look; in the mall, at the grocery store, heck, even at college, we have produced an enormous amount of children who feel that they deserve what they want, no matter what it is, even if in reality they are selfish lazy things (since they don't deserve to be called people) that don't deserve rat droppings . There is only one reason for this. Bad Parenting. It is not the fault of society, music, or any other environmental factor. Parents have forgotten how to be parents.

This is not only bad in the "social interaction" category. Sure your kids will have friends, but only friends who will follow their ever whim and then stab them in the back later because your kid put them down constantly. Nobody likes a brat. At least one quarter of the people I know at college actually pout when they don't get their way. How childish is that? You don't get your way so you pout? Very mature. I thought that college students were supposed to be at least semi-adults. I guess not.

The most disturbing thing is that there behavior doesn't change from the time they are children that much. One quarter of the college students I know are like this, at least 90% of all children I see are like this. What happens when mommy and daddy says "no" anymore? The kid throws a fit and then mommy and daddy give in. You know what happened to me when I acted like a little demon in public? I got spanked. Yes that's right all you child rights idiots out there, I was spanked. You know why? because you can't deal with a child on an adults level. If you give them a time out or ground them to there room, they will learn nothing. Oh, they get sent to a corner for half an hour then get to back to doing what they were before. Or even better get sent to their room with all their toys. That is not the way to teach a kid! You spank your children, one thing that all living creatures fear is pain. Yes I said fear. You don't want your kid scared or you? Fine. I don't want your kid scared of you. I want your kid scared of the paddling he will receive if he does something wrong. From the fear of the paddling he will learn respect for you. 

Parents today have not earned their children's respect. Half of them haven't earned my respect because they let their kids run all over them. I know many adults at my college who complain about their kid; no matter how times they ground them, give them time outs, or use any of today's "nice" methods of discipline, the kid goes right back to doing what he did in the first place. What really gets me is the parents are scared to properly discipline their children! That's right you cowards, you let the government tell you what is the proper way to discipline and bring up your child. Then once they reach the age of 5, they go to government schools for the proper indoctrination of liberal bull. Letting the government raise your kids, more on that in another rant. Paddle your child. Don't let them run all over you. Teach the little kid he is not the most important thing in the world, in fact, that he is the least, and he might turn out alright, even if you do send him to public school.
